• Minimum Guarantee:
  Preferred corporate rates have been offered to your organization based on the volume of business projected by your company to us.
• Check- in and Check- out time:
  Early arrival before 10 am or a late departure beyond 2p.m. will be charged @ 40% of the published rates.
  Early arrival before 7am or a late departure beyond 5pm will be charged @ 100% of contracted rates.
• Guarantee Policy:
  Bookings are to be placed on a guarantee basis. Guarantee can be made either by:
  a) Providing particulars of a valid credit card accepted at GULERIA KOTHI, Varanasi.(details required-cardholder’s name, card number and expiry date)
  b) If the company is on the hotel’s credit list, by an email on
  letterhead.
  c) By pre-payment of one night’s accommodation charge by cash
  or company cheque.
• In the event, guarantee is not made within 48 hours prior to arrival; the hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without notice.
  Guaranteed reservations will be honored till noon the following day.
• Reservations made for arrivals within 48 hours For all reservations made for arrivals within 48 hours from the booking time, a guarantee by one of the methods specified above is obligatory.
  In the event, guarantee is not made; the hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without notice.
• No Show & Late cancellation Policy
  A booking can be cancelled without any charges 25 days prior to the arrival, post which one night retention will be charged automatically to the card or to your company account or to the advance pre-paid guarantee amount.

Full retention will be charged for cancellation received 15 days prior to arrival( OFF SEASON PERIOD).

In the unlikely event of our inability to provide the above accommodation, we will arrange alternate accommodation of similar standards and provide transport to the guest at our cost.

No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 25 days prior to arrival (season period).

• Arrival & Departure details In order to provide for a comfortable & smooth check-in and check-out experience. Kindly let us know the arrival & departure information such as train / flight details (train/flight number & time of arrival & departure). In order to avail of the hotel’s charged railway station / airport pick up and drop facility, a written message to reservations is required at least 48 hours in advance.
• Availability of Rooms / Categories It will always be our endeavor to provide you with your desired number of rooms, in the categories requested. However, there will be occasions when the demand for rooms will peak due to the hotel/city hosting events such as, a very large convention/exhibition. At such times the availability of number of rooms and/or room category will be restricted and your preferred category of rooms may not be available at the preferred rate offered to you in this contract.
• This communication and related special rates shall not be construed as a guarantee to provide accommodation, which shall be made available subject to availability of the desired room.
