  1. Day 1 Leh

    Arrival at Leh airport and transfer to the hotel. Complete day for acclimatisation. Later evening visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay atLeh.

  2. Day 2 Leh – Sham Valley 72 kms/ 3-4 Hrs

    After breakfast drive to Sham Valley, en route visit to Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill and Sangam, a confluence of Indus and Zangskar River, Alchi Monastery. Overnight stay at Ule.

  3. Day 3 Lamayuru – Kargil 178 Kms/ 6-7 Hrs

    After breakfast leave for Kargil, enroute visit the view of Moon landscape, Lamayuru and Giant Maitreya at Mulbekh. Arrive at Kargil by evening. Overnight stay at Kargil.

  4. Day 4 Kargil – Padum 250 Kms/ 10-11 Hrs

    Early morning drive to Padum (Zanskar), on the way, visit to Karsekar village for visit to giant rock carved Buddha in 960 AD, later leave for Padumenroute have magnificent view of Nun Kun Peak and DranDrung Glacier. Overnight stay at Padum.

  5. Day 5 Padum – Rangdum 130 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs

    Morning after breakfast leave for local sightseeing of Karsha, Stongdey&Sanigompa and visit to Zangla fort. Post lunch leave for Rangdum. Overnight stay at Rangdum.

  6. Day 6 Rangdum – Kargil 127 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

    After breakfast leave back to Kargil by same route, reach Kargil by afternoon. Overnight stay atKargil.

  7. Day 7 Kargil – Dha – Leh 230 Kms/ 6-7 Hrs

    The morning after breakfast leave for Leh, enrouteDha Village (Land of Ancient Aryans which still exist) Overnight stay at Leh.

  8. Day 8 - Pangong Lake 140 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

    After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, 3rd Highest Motorable road in the world, Arrival at camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

  9. Day 9 Lake – Leh 140 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

    Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, enroute visit Thikse Monastery and Shey Palace. Overnight stay at Leh.

  10. Day 10 Leh - Nubra Valley 120 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

    After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) post lunch, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Diskit&Hundur Village. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley.

  11. Day 11 Nubra Valley

    Morning Visit to DiskitGompa (Big Buddha) & later leave for Panamik village to visit Hot Water Springs. Overnight stay at Sumur (Nubra Valley)

  12. Day 12 Leh 120 Kms/ 4-5 Hrs

    After breakfast visit Sumur monastery and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. Overnight stay at Leh.

  13. Day 13 Leh to Tsomoriri Lake 240 Kms/ 7-8 Hrs

    Morning after breakfast drive to Tsomoriri Lake by passing Chumathang (Hot Spring) along the Indus River. Evening take a walk around the Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight stay at Korzok.

  14. Day 14 Tsomoriri – Tsokar - Taglangla – Leh 260 Kms/ 9-10 Hrs

    Morning after breakfast leave to Leh passing Puga (Sulphur Mine), Tsokar Lake, Taklang La Pass 17,585ft, 2nd Highest motorable road in the world. Arrival at Leh by evening. Overnight stay at Leh.

  15. Day 15 Leh

    Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends.


Frequently Asked Questions

QWhat is the best time to visit?
A. Ladakh is open for tourists throughout the year, while the best period for the cultural tour is between April and October ending. For adventure tours June to October is the suitable period. Most of the trekking routes are closed after November due to snow at high passes except the Liker to Khaltsey trek. The best period for Chadar-trek (frozen river trek) to Zanskar is from January to mid-March. The festivals of Stok, Matho and New Year take place in winter and it is possible to visit monasteries in winters. There are few hotels and guest houses with heating facilities in Leh that provide accommodation in winter.
QAre there any visa and permit formalities?
A. Tourist can reach Leh with normal Indian tourist visa and does not require any special visa or permit. However, the foreign tourists are required to register themselves at Dras, Rumtse and Sarchu if they are travelling by road. Those travelling by air get themselves registered at the airport. The tourist, both foreign and domestic are required to get permit for restricted areas like Tsomoriri, Tsokar, Pangong Lakes, Dhahanu and Nubra Valley, Which can obtained through registered travel agencies.
