Khichan is a world famous for the demoiselle crane experience. The birds visit in the khichan during the winter season Oct to march. It is the best place in india to see these beautiful cranes. The birds migrate here from mongolian steppes. At the peak of season that is month Dec, Jan, Feb the number goes over 10000 birds.
