A complete mountain man, Pankaj’s journey into the world of adventure sports was destined. Being born in the adventure capital of India Rishikesh, the Himalayas enticed and awakened wanderlust at a young age in Pankaj. Over the years this has turned into a passion for the outdoors. He has extensively trekked in Garhwal and Kumaon Himalayas and has also been a keen paddler having attended certificate courses in White Water Rafting.
Pankaj is a PhD in Ecotourism and an MBA in Human Resources Management. He leads the corporate training division at Treks ‘n Rapids. He has mentored corporate executives from various blue chip and Fortune 500 companies in the last fourteen years. Education and academics are close to his heart. In addition to the meticulous development of outdoor education modules for Treks ‘n Rapids, Pankaj has consulted various Government and Non-Government education and administrative bodies in the areas of manpower development.
