Outperform is derived from Outdoors and Performance, since we truly believe that Mother Nature is the best teacher. And this natural facilitation works as the best catalyst in better sinking in of management concepts. At Outperform the clear intent is application over jargon and real life situations over simulation.
Outperform is the Outdoor Management Development arm of Treks ‘n Rapids. Outperform is meant for adult learners to inculcate leadership and team building skills in them through Experiential Learning. Experiential learning is learning through reflection on doing and focuses on the learning process for the individual. At Outperform, the members are divided into groups and they undergo a dedicated program developed for them. A person who has outperformed will carry a live textbook of experiences with him which he can refer to and apply in his day to day life. This is sort of on the job or rather before the job learning, but it is guaranteed hundred times more fun.
